Suncheonman Bay Wetland Reserve encompasses 5.4 square kilometers of dense reed beds and 22.6 square kilometers of tidal mudflats. Registered under the international Ramsar Convention, it is one of the world's most pristine coastal wetland biospheres.

Autumn (October-November) transforms the bay into a sea of shimmering golden reeds. Winter (December-February) welcomes thousands of migratory waterfowl, while spring paints the mudflat shores in green.

4. Seasonal Eco-Reserve Hours & Boardwalk Strolling Schedules
Open daily from 08:00 to sunset (March-October: 08:00 - 19:00; November-February: 08:00 - 17:00). Admission closes one hour before sunset to protect wild bird habitats.

5. Combined Nature Reserve Passes & Monorail Transfer Rates
Integrated admission ticket covers both Suncheonman Bay Wetland and Suncheon Bay National Garden: Adults 10,000 KRW, Youth 7,000 KRW, Children 5,000 KRW. SkyCube monorail round-trip costs 8,000 KRW.

6. KTX Suncheon Station City Bus 66 & SkyCube Monorail Terminals
From KTX Suncheon Station, take City Bus 66 directly to Suncheonman Wetland terminus (approx. 25 minutes). Alternatively, take the automated SkyCube monorail from the National Garden.

7. Barrier-Free Raised Wooden Boardwalks & Stroller Pathways
The entire 1.2-kilometer reed field boardwalk is wide, flat, and step-free, perfectly accessible for wheelchairs and strollers. Free manual wheelchairs are available at the Eco Museum.

Suncheonman Bay is an ecological sanctuary. Visitors must keep to boardwalks, avoid shouting, refrain from littering, and observe strict no-smoking and no-drone prohibitions.

First aid stations with AEDs operate inside the Wetland Center and Eco Museum. Saint Carollo Hospital in Suncheon is 10km north. Dial 1330 for tourist support.
