2. Downtown Duty-Free Stores (Lotte, Shilla, Shinsegae)
You can shop leisurely at downtown department store duty-free floors in Myeongdong and Dongdaemun up to 60 days before your departure:
- Show your Physical Passport and Confirmed Flight Departure Information.
- Domestic Korean cosmetics and fashion items are handed to you immediately on-site.
- Foreign luxury brands (Chanel, Hermès, Rolex, imported spirits) are sealed in tamper-evident duty-free bags and forwarded directly to the airport.
3. Picking up Goods at Incheon Airport Duty-Free Pickup Counters
After passing airport security and passport control at Incheon Airport:
- Follow signs to the Duty-Free Pick-up Counter (인도장) located near boarding gates (e.g. T1 Gate 11 & Gate 46; T2 Gate 252).
- Take a queue number, present your passport and boarding pass, and collect your sealed luxury purchases right before boarding.
